Oil Test Set

The unit develops high voltage between electrodes immersed in oil under test as per IS: 6792. In addition to the test preparation in detail, the set is automatically governed by a trouble-free Microprocessor. These features enable user to operate the equipment with a single touch of the 'Feather Touch Button'. The results can be viewed on the back lit LCD display or can be printed as a hard copy. The results can be summarized at a later stage because of the presence of seven last tests stored in the memory.

Brief technical Details

The equipment offered shall be convenient for determination of electrical strength (break down voltage) of insulating oil confirming to IS-335 when measured in accordance with IS, ASTM, IEC, UNE, BS etc. The Dielectric Strength Test Kit is fully automatic, microprocessor controlled with built-in display and printer. The unit is complete with test stirrer, calibrator and necessary gauges for adjusting the gap.
